1.1 How long does my order take to deliver?
Once you place an order, it will take 1-2 business days to process. Once it processes, it takes 1-3 business days to get to your house depending on where you’re located.

1.3 How does the shoe consignment process work?
You can consign any shoe in store only as long as they are dead stock. Hidden Hype Boutique will receive 15% of the total amount the item(s) have been sold for. All Other consignment is a 20% rate. Upon sale of item(s), Hidden Hype Boutique will notify customer and write check for the amount owed for item(s) sold within 3 business days of sale. You may choose to take your shoes back after 7 days with no charge. You may leave your shoes in store to sell for any amount of time with no additional charge.

We ship all orders via USPS priority mail with tracking.

Yes. You can exchange your online order at our flagship location. You must have your email confirmation of order and original return policy applies.

1.10 What is your return policy?
We can return your item within 14 days of your purchase. Item must be unworn in brand new condition. Ship item to Hidden Hype Boutique and submit a ticket with request. Once we receive your request and original item for exchange, we will ship out the new item. If there is a difference, you will be required to pay the difference. If you like to exchange for a lesser value, you may and receive credit for the difference.
